To call Kubernetes “new” is increasingly a misnomer: July 15, 2020, will mark the five-year anniversary of version 1.0 of the CNCF open source project. But it’s still plenty new to many teams and individual practitioners, with a corresponding learning curve about how to take appropriate measures to secure your Kubernetes environment.
